Return Policy

Electripet will accept returns or order cancellations under the following conditions:

Items purchased and cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee at Electripet's discretion.

Returns will be subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee of the purchase price and return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date you received the merchandise for Electripet to process the return and refund the original form of payment.

To qualify, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals and included items intact.

Step 2: Once you submit your request, an address and return authorization number will be provided via mail.

Step 3: Your refund will be processed via your original form of payment. (About 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.)

Return Policy

Electripet does not accept returns after 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you received the wrong item or it was damaged, we will pay for the return shipping.

Please note that you will generally have to pay for return shipping unless the return meets one of the following verified reasons:
- Wrong product received
- Item was damaged in transit
- Item was defective.

* Do not return a package without a return address. All packages returned without a return address will be destroyed and we cannot issue a refund.

* Once we receive and inspect the package, we will usually refund you within 3 to 5 business days. We need to inspect the package, restock it intact, etc. This may take some time, especially during peak times.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and will automatically credit your credit card or original method of payment.

If the item is missing parts, a partial refund will be issued.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. Additionally, Electripet is not responsible for any damage to the item that occurs during the return process.
