Q: What is the difference between recreational and competitive go-karts?
Our recreational go-karts are designed for families, resorts, and casual use — easy to operate with enhanced safety features. Competitive go-karts are track-optimized for higher top speeds and precision handling, suitable for professional or semi-professional racing events.
Q: What is the range on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions (terrain, rider weight, riding style). Please refer to the detailed specification sheet on each product page for accurate figures.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge?
Charging typically takes 4–8 hours depending on the battery capacity of the model and the charger used. We recommend using the original charger included with your vehicle for optimal safety and efficiency.
Q: Are any models suitable for younger riders?
Select recreational go-kart and fat-tire camping bike models are available in youth-friendly configurations. Please review the age and weight specifications on each product page, and always ensure adult supervision during use.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: How long does delivery take?
Due to the size and weight of our vehicles, standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Expedited shipping may be available in select regions. Delivery times may be extended during holidays.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account and view real-time shipping updates under "My Orders."
Returns & After-Sales
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items with quality defects or significant discrepancies from the product description. Items must be in original packaging and unused/unassembled. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
Q: What warranty do your products come with?
All Electripet products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Free repair or parts replacement is provided within the warranty period.
