Q: What is the difference between recreational and competitive go-karts?
Our recreational go-karts are designed for families, resorts, and casual use — easy to operate with enhanced safety features. Competitive go-karts are track-optimized for higher top speeds and precision handling, suitable for professional or semi-professional racing events.

Q: How long does it take to fully charge?
Charging time varies by model, battery state, temperature, and charger. Use the charger supplied or approved for your vehicle and refer to the specifications on the product page.
Q: Are any models suitable for younger riders?
Rider suitability varies by model. Review the stated rider height, maximum load, safety instructions, and local requirements on the product page before purchase. Adult supervision does not replace product restrictions or required protective equipment.

Returns & After-Sales
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items with quality defects or significant discrepancies from the product description. Items must be in original packaging and unused/unassembled. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
Q: What warranty do your products come with?
All Electripet products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Free repair or parts replacement is provided within the warranty period.
